Trains to Germany

Endometriosis can cause severe pain and sometimes hemorrhage. Oophorectomies and/or medical treatment with danazol (a drug that suppresses estrogen levels) are considered the most effective treatment in the orthodox world. Rhonda went through surgery to remove an endometrial cyst on her right ovary. But she continued to have pain after the operation. Her gynecologist told her, quite surprisingly, that the problem was not gynecological for Trains To Germany. Two more doctors and three different types of drugs later Rhonda’s pains continued, beginning on her ovulation day and lasting for two agonizing weeks every month. When I saw Rhonda in August 1985, I placed her on a low-carbohydrate diet (she was a little overweight and her GTT showed a hypoglycemic response).
