Brisbane Has a Great Laid Back Atmosphere

My husband and I had been traveling north up the coast from Sydney and were enjoying every minute of it.  It was nice to get out on our own and really see the wonderful beauty that surrounded us.  We planned to go as far as Brisbane and I had been checking into the best hotels in brisbane that were within our price range.  We found one that was great.  It was not too far from the Gallery of Modern Art and we spent one memorable day exploring all it had to offer.  The restaurants nearby were great and we loved the overall laid back atmosphere.
