In the Pacific Northwest, we have mountains like Mount Rainer and the Cascade mountain range.  A popular sport here is mountain climbing.  By scaling large cliffs and peaks with rope and caribeeners, mountaineers have embraced a thrilling new form of recreation.  To practice, you should be prepared to acquire climbing wall parts and gear that will equip you during your activities.  You can usually have these items shipped directly your house.  If you are a sponsored climber, you can even use these equipment purchases as a tax deduction.  In any case, this is a dangerous sport that requires tremendous physical strength and lots of exercise.
