Married For Ten Years

My sister has been married for ten years. She has three kids and a Labrador. Her husband is an architect who has been working in a Real Estate company in California for more than twenty years. His secretary has been with him for almost three years. After the first year of working together, my sister was suspicious that they have an affair. It was only last month that she confirmed that he and his secretary had been living together for a couple of months. Now, she is filing a Divorce in Phoenix and is ready to get their marriage be terminated.
