This Is A Promise

I made a promise to myself that I will be thin in five months. I was surprised because it did not reach five months… it only took five weeks for me to achieve the 24 inch-waistline dream I have long been waiting for. At first I thought it was so impossible, yet when I told myself that I am going to make it that great in some weeks or months, it was then borne in my mind, I backed it up with an enthusiasm and initiative, here I am now. Look at me, the product of the ab rocket machineand various abdominal machines!
