Only Kitchen Appliance Needed

On the last day of the year, I made a resolution to be a better cook at home.  I had managed to get myself to the point of microwaving everything.  I decided I needed a new blender, mixer and food processor if I wanted to make some really good meals.  When I was looking online, I found these Vita mix blender reviews.  I was very intrigued with this all-in-one product.  After going through a lot of the reviews, I decided it might be the machine for me.  After using it for the last month, I am still amazed that it is the only kitchen appliance that I really need.
