Is Laser Safe as a Stretch Mark Remover?

It makes use of a laser to produce a focused heat on the area of the skin with stretch marks. Once the skin with stretch marks is gone, time will do its trick and let new and healthier skin grow back.
The question is, would laser be safe for everyone’s use. The answer is yes. The surgical is superficial, and is limited only to outer skin. There have been several successful skin laser surgeries and there have been little to no side effects reported amongst the patients.
