4 Steps to Helping Foot Pain Symptoms

It seems to me that many people who suffer from cracked, dry feet have the most trouble with their heels. The heels are the most susceptible area of the feet for drying and cracking and can be the cause of a lot of Foot Pain Symptoms. Unfortunately, they are often the hardest to treat too. Here are some things to try:  1) You may want to try sloughing off dry, dead skin with a pumice stone. 2) Try exfoliating and soaking your feet in a moisturizing solution. 3) Apply a rich cream or heel balm to the area. 4) Cover your feet with cotton socks.
