I grew up with my grandmother. My mom had me when she was 18 years old. Three months after giving birth, my dad left us. She was so young, full of dreams but when she found out dad had another woman she suffered from depression. I was left with my ailing grandmother. She was my life. I was looking on the internet this morning at different possible activity options that will fit into our budget when we go down to Taupo. I am so totally up for a lake taupo skydive session but my girlfriend isn’t quite into that activity as she is not quite the adventure dare devil that I am. She does however, want a day at the Polynesian Spa hot springs and wants to have massage and beauty treatments and she wants me to come along. Now for me to have the patience to sit in hot pools all day, I’m going to have to negotiate our activities. I agreed to go to the springs all day with her if she at least did a bunjy jump with me. I guess I’ll just have to wait for her answer when she gets home tonight.
