Situated just off the coast of Africa, the island of Fuerteventura is mostly untouched in comparison to neighbouring islands such as Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Stunning beaches, picturesque scenery and crystal blue waters make Fuerteventura a perfect holiday destination for everyone. There is plenty to do on the island, including museums, theme parks, water parks, water sports, fishing, golf and much, much more.Corralejo, in the North, is the busiest resort and has a large amount of restaurants and nightlife as well as lots to keep the kids amused! To the east of the island is Costa Caleta, which, although a quieter resort than Corralejo, still has plenty to do for both couple and families.

Have a Relaxing Break Costa Brava Hotels

July 20, 2010 on 7:38 am | By admin | In Travel and Leisure

After a busy year I was ready for a relaxing break in one of the Costa Brava hotels I know and love. I have started a new job, finished a Masters degree, moved into a new home all in the space of twelve months and I’m very tired! The hotels here offer great pools, beaches, food and entertainment and I really like to make the most of the laid back vibe and relaxing atmosphere created by the staff and guests at Costa Brava Hotels. There isn’t anything I don’t like about the hotels I have stayed in, I’m either very lucky or they are all of a brilliant standard, either way my holiday is booked and I’m looking forward to putting my feet up and sitting in the beautiful sunshine.

A bargain deal with Edinburgh hotels

July 19, 2010 on 12:42 pm | By admin | In Travel and Leisure

I’m always looking for a bargain and that applies to finding the perfect holiday too! I make sure that I scour websites and comparison sites and read plenty of reviews on my destination and the cheap Edinburgh hotels that I might consider. I am wary of problem with booking online so make sure I use a registered and official website to make a booking. I like to stay in Britain on my holidays because I enjoy the countryside and all our history and culture and I find that it can be a lot cheaper than trying to get a holiday in the sun when everyone else is trying to do the same! I love Scotland and always look forward to a holiday in Edinburgh.

Looking for some relaxing activities

July 11, 2010 on 7:48 am | By admin | In Travel and Leisure

We have not been to the central north island of New Zealand before and we wanted to find somewhere really nice to stay so I figured if I looked for luxury accommodation taupo I should be able to find a site or something where I could find a list of choices. I found just that and also a very nice looking place. With that done I wanted to see what things there are to do in the region and it seems that list is a very long one. I’m not sure if we will be doing the adrenalin rush activities but there are plenty of other more relaxing things to do so I will be booking a few of those.

On Thursday I went out with my wife to San Jacinto to look at a Pony that was for sale. My wife had found the pony while she was on Backpage. We have been looking to buy a pony for the past few weeks and now I think we have found the pony that we are going to buy soon. Since the drive out to San Jacinto was a long one I suggested to my wife that we hang out in San Jacinto and we needed to check out some Cheap Hotels. We were able to do this with the use of my wife’s phone.

Barbados Holidays: Drinker’s Haven

June 25, 2010 on 8:28 am | By admin | In Travel and Leisure

Barbados is believed to be the birthplace of rum by traditions and history.  Rum is an alcoholic beverage from molasses and sugarcane juice.  Production of rum in the world is heavily concentrated around Caribbean and Central America.  This fact suggests that you can savor the oldest and finest distilled and fermented dark rum during Barbados holidays, when rum deluge peaks.  Dark rums have fuller taste and stronger flavor due to retention of molasses components and spices. Categorically, since Barbados is considered an English-speaking island, Barbadians are dark-rum drinkers.  Thousand of bars offer wide selection that you can choose from.  The oldest maker in the island, Mount Gay Rum, offers tours, free tasting and 300-year old rum named after the place.  Although Barbados rum is available in many countries around the globe, visiting the island and delighting in the “liquid-gold” in its original house will bring pleasure and experience into a different level.
