Trying to Convince the Boss

Some time during work the other day, I was going over the specs on our website, and I found that we really needed to update our help desk software.  I went to tell my boss about my findings, and he told me that he thought that they were just fine.  I told him that we could really increase our business by making this a better system, but he didn’t quite understand.  I wrote a memo to him to let him know that I would like to meet with him some time during the day so we could discuss this a bit further.
