A debatable topic with the athletic discussion forums presently is the discussion with the use of jogging shoes versus working out naturally and leaving the runners behind. On one side of the debate, sportsmen prefer defense on the concrete jogging surfaces and on the flip side the barefoot running “cult” reckon that jogging sneakers are the the cause of running injuires. Runners that make use of running shoes view jogger who workout barefoot as nearly act like a cult.
