Do you like to spend time on the Internet? I do. I would estimate that I spend about two to three hours per day enjoying myself while looking at things that interest me. One of my favorite places to visit is axel’s guitar blog. Today, I re-read a posting on Guitar Legends that I had read before and really enjoyed. The information that is posted here is very interesting. My wife is not really even into this type of stuff and she often reads it over my shoulder just because it is so informative and entertaining. Check it out sometime, you may just make it a habit.

I just close my eyes and listen…

Many times, when I just close my eyes and listen to music I escape to this other level. It does something to appease me.  It is feeding my soul so to speak I guess. I appreciate music very much as much as I like art. Music is a part of everyone’s life. Everyone is connected to music in some ways. For me, it keeps me going when I’m down, or just makes me happy when I’m sad. I have music for all occasions. All in all, I’d be a very unhappy girl if music is suddenly taken away from me to enjoy.  I specifically like guitar music.

My wedding is coming up shortly and I am thrilled that everything is coming together just the way I imagined.  My future husband and I have already thought of the perfect thank you card wording that will send to the people who attended the wedding.  It is just basically a simple message from both of us to show our appreciation to our loved ones.  I am glad we already have everything figured out so, it will be a simple process for us when we get back from our honeymoon.  Now I just need to find the perfect cards to send out.

Fish Tattoo Designs are the best!

Fish tattoos designs are awesome as there are so many kinds to choose from. My daughter loves the movie Finding Nemo and absolutely loves that chose to have a rendition of him tattooed on my ankle. Fish tattoo designs are a fun and silly tattoo design because they’re not too serious, as are others of swords and blood and dark images. The best part of the experience was once I was healed and could show it off to everyone. The worst part of the experience was healing because I am not very good with pain. I would highly suggest getting one done, just make sure it’s of something that will always make you smile. You’ll regret it if it is something you do on a whim.

Voice Work For Video Podcasts

I got to do a very cool recording project this week. The guys at church are doing a series of video podcasts and they hired me to do the narration at the beginning of the program. Actually, I wouldn’t take any pay for it. Just told them to keep my family in their prayers. But it turned out really professional sounding.

They’d had an actual radio DJ do their old intro, and both of them said that it didn’t sound half as good as mine, so I’m really proud of it.

They also sent me a gift certificate for Subway since I wouldn’t let them pay me. Pretty neat!

Obama – Can Your Kids Speak Spanish?

There was a lot of hype on the news channels about Obama’s comments about having our children learn to speak Spanish. All of our children are bilingual, some multilingual. Our oldest son learned Spanish in the Jefferson County School system in Colorado when he was in kindergarten. So what is the big deal? Are sons all lived over seas and spoke foreign languages. So did my son-in-law. It is part of the western U.S. culture. Rocket Spanish reviews One reason is that we need to increase our relationships with other countries. Many or our neighbors and trade partners speak Spanish. If we want to improve our trade balance, we need to have folks that speak Spanish. Well, we need more people who speak Chinese too.                                                              

Weddings Outside are the Best

I have been a wedding planner for quite some time now, and my favorite weddings to plan are the ones that are outside. The reason that I like them so much is because most of the brides are not nearly as picky as the ones who want everything to be inside. When they are outside, it seems like the bride just wants the beauty of the natural setting. I just did a Destin Wedding, and I loved it. It was very simple and classic and uncomplicated. It would be something that I would want to do every time if I could.
