The CFO of My Company Helps Make Sure the Finances Run Smoothly

When it comes to the finances of any company, it is important that not everyone have their fingers in the pot.  Further, it is important that one person oversee the whole finance department.  This is the job of the CFO.  The chief financial officer is the one who makes all important financial decisions when it comes to accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Further, they know who to delegate tasks to and which tasks should always be separate.  The chief financial officer is an officer of the company and in charge of many important decisions regarding finances and financial matters important to keeping the company solvent.
