The prices for Federal Hill Real Estate have quite a range and are higher than in some surrounding areas because of the popularity of the Federal Hill area.  The median prices for different types of housing are:  New homes cost about $735,000, used homes run around $449,000, undeveloped land costs close to $435,00, and the monthly rent is about $1,940.  With rental property there are different prices for different sizes.  A one bedroom rental is $1,475 per month, a two bedroom is $2,000 per month, a three bedroom is $2,635 per month and a four bedroom is $2,600 per month.  One of the major perks of the Federal Hill neighborhood is the selection of different types of architecture available for housing.
