After attending a local conference in which business owners talked about being sued for various reasons, we have decided we need limited liability against various things. The horror stories we heard were enough for justify any fees associated with this process. Yet, we were pleasantly surprised to find that setting our company up this way was very inexpensive. In fact, we hardly even notice it when we do our budget. Yet the peace of mind we receive is amazing. I’m so glad we took the time to learn about Limited companies advantages.
