I was so worried that she would somehow put some negative information on the Internet about myself and my business. My best friend told me of a great service she once had to use for reputation management services. She also had had a bad customer experience and she actually found her name online in a negative way. I felt really bad for her but she was able to hire this service and clear her name. I’ll keep an eye out for any negative remarks about me.
