More mobile restaurants
September 30, 2009 on 1:05 am | By admin | In Business | No CommentsAs the economy continues to take its toll on restaurants and cafes, there are more and more mobile restaurants around town, and in fact a lot of them are very good and developing good reputations. Here in Seattle, one guy has taken what was apparently and old “roach coach” and put a new hood on the front – in the shape of a pig’s head – and moves from place to place selling bbq pork sandwiches and other goodies. He even has a website and posts his schedule so you can find out where he’ll be at what time. Apparently doing good late at night near the bars, too.
