The leaders manage the relationships and people’s emotions to inspire the ones who have deep skills to come up with something to sell.
There are plenty of academia who are brilliant and couldn’t compare to anyone in the world when it comes to math, science and even music…but none of them can lead! They wouldn’t know the first thing about people!!
That’s the difference between Academics and managing people.
