A Commentary On “The Case for Paying College Athletes”

I find it curious that there is talk of paying college atheletes to play fantasy football advice. Why are they in college? To get an education or to play football? If they are there to get an education, then the rules should reflect that purpose. Why pay them to play a game when they are getting a free ride to attend college and not have to pay for it like every other non athlete student. If they are there to play football, then we should really talk about where the money goes and who is getting it. I find it interesting that athletes that attend division III schools, where there are no scholarships for atheletics, don’t seem to have the issues that scholarship athelets do?
