Barefoot Runners
July 15, 2010 on 5:52 am | By admin | In Book Reviews | Comments OffA debatable topic with the athletic discussion forums presently is the discussion with the use of jogging shoes versus working out naturally and leaving the runners behind. On one side of the debate, sportsmen prefer defense on the concrete jogging surfaces and on the flip side the barefoot running “cult” reckon that jogging sneakers are the the cause of running injuires. Runners that make use of running shoes view jogger who workout barefoot as nearly act like a cult. Runners that run without shoes look at athletes that workout in shoes as being taken in with the expensive promotional activities by athletic shoe companies. No doubt that a lot of financial resources are threatened.
